When can a customer schedule an appointment?

We provide our services 6 days a week. Evening and Sunday requests are accommodated where possible. Please note that we only MAKE appointments Monday to Saturday as specified below.

How does a customer place an order with The Flat Pack Construction Company?
Once your product is in the home or office, call 0845 217 1347, Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00pm, Saturdays 10.00 to 16.00. Customers please provide the range name and retailer of your product. You may also place an assembly request from our convenient on-line e-mail form.

How does a store place an order for display assembly or maintenance?
Simply call 0845 217 7817 or e-mail us at - trade@flatpackconstruction.co.uk. Please have the manufacturer's nameIs there a minimum order? and range name when calling. Please provide a preferred date for assembly or repair.

Yes. There is a minimum assembly fee of £44.00 (inclusive).

How does a customer pay for services?
Customer may pay with MasterCard or Visa, Maestro. Most cards accepted except for AMEX and Diners Card.

Can specific appointment times be made?
A morning or afternoon preference will be noted when the order is taken.

Who do you call to change or cancel an appointment?
When changing your appointment, the customer will be instructed to call customer service at 0845 217 1347. Customer should provide the assigned work order number whenever possible.

Will the technician move the product?
Technicians will NOT move product either before or after assembly. The product should be placed in the area where it is to be assembled PRIOR to the assembler's arrival. The customer is responsible for having the item(s) placed where the assembly is to take place.

How long does an assembly call take?
Assembly times vary depending upon the number and size of the pieces. Ask the technician for an estimated completion time.

Will technicians remove packaging materials?
Technician will NOT remove cartons from the premises; however, they will break them down and place them near the designated on-premises disposal vessels.

Does The Flat Pack Construction Company warrant its work?

FPCC provides a 12 month guarantee of assembly workmanship from the date of assembly. This does not supersede the manufacturer's warranty on the product itself.
